What an inquiry includes
The form collects your name, email, phone number, offer, campaign plans, current tools and answers about your intended DM system. A website or Instagram handle is optional. It also records the submission time and available campaign or video tags from the link you used. These tags are remembered in this browser tab so they can accompany your inquiry.
Why we collect it
We use this information to assess fit, prepare for a conversation and respond to your inquiry. Submitting does not book an appointment, authorize payment or subscribe you to email or text marketing.
Where it goes
The form prepares an email draft in your own email application. You decide whether to send it to towersjavin@gmail.com. This website does not automatically submit or store your inquiry. If you send the email, your email provider and Javin’s email provider handle its delivery, and Javin keeps the message to respond to you. We do not sell inquiry details or send them to an AI model.
Retention and deletion
We review open inquiries and remove records that are no longer needed. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing Javin. Information needed for an active client relationship, accounting or a legal obligation may need to be retained separately.
Your browser and security
The form temporarily remembers campaign answers in this browser tab so you can move between steps. It does not save your name, email or phone in browser storage. Starting over or completing the form clears the saved answers. Server access logs and a limited, pseudonymous rate-limit record help protect the form from abuse.
Website measurement
If you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics and PostHog record page visits, navigation and CTA clicks, resource download clicks, demo interactions and inquiry progress. An email draft opening is measured separately from a confirmed inquiry; opening a draft does not mean you sent it. We send page paths and available campaign tags, without full URL queries or fragments, and do not send your name, email, phone number or form answers to either analytics provider. Anonymous browser and session identifiers help group these actions. You can decline or change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. The site does not load advertising pixels or session recording. Hosting logs help us keep the site working.
